FAQ
Can it both replace and remove?
Yes - replace or swap an object or subject, or remove it entirely and have the model reconstruct the background.
How does it follow motion?
It uses a tracked mask so the edit stays locked to the target as it moves through the clip.
How reliable is it?
It is experimental. Quality depends on the prompt, the scene, and the plausibility of the edit; expect to iterate.
What does it cost?
Per second of video, with default and high-quality rates. See the pricing page.
Can I replace a character in a video?
Yes. Describe the replacement and the tracked mask keeps the edit locked to the character as they move through the clip. Clear, well-separated subjects give the best results.
Can it replace a face in a video?
It edits at the subject level, so you can change a person's or character's appearance by prompt. It is not a precision face-swap tool, and edits involving real people's likenesses are subject to content moderation.
How do I remove something from a video?
Switch the tool to removal, tell it what to take out, and the model erases the object and reconstructs the background behind it - tracked across the whole clip.
